We liaise directly with your employee.

Initial program: 5 sessions over 3 months.

Sessions are conducted over Zoom.

Employees book sessions via an online booking platform at mutually convenient times (minimising impact on work commitments)

Rollover options for more sessions funded either by the organisation or the individual. Bespoke packages unique to your organisation also available.

    • Fortnightly 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions conducted over Zoom

    • On demand messaging support between sessions, Monday - Friday

    • Connection with legal, financial, real estate professionals to build a team

    • Emotional support to dial down reactivity, communicate calmly & effectively

    • Copy editing for written communication

    • Curated, downloadable resources specific to the individual
