Hi, I’m Sallyanne

I wish you didn’t need to be, but knowing what you’re going through, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a happily divorced single mum to two young adults.

Business owner. Lover of coffee, storms and travel. Singer - mostly in the car or shower.

I’ve stood exactly where you’re standing now. And walked through the complex maze of separation, divorce, and reorganising life and family afterwards.

I know it’s a lonely, painful, isolating, scary and overwhelming place to be.

That’s why I started Reflect Coaching.

So you could have what I most wanted through my own divorce journey.

Expert, support, guidance and care through the messy middle of separation and divorce.

From someone who really gets it.

If you're wondering whether to stay or leave, navigating the complexities of a break-up, separation or divorce, I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.

I will help you:

  • Feel confident to make smart, empowered, future focused decisions.

  • Ease the overwhelm of navigating everything that divorce demands of you - legally, financially, practically, socially, emotionally.

  • Minimise the impact and fallout. For you. And for your children.

  • Redesign your life afterwards.

My Story

I’ve stood right where you are now…

In a marriage thinking “this isn’t it

Feeling heartbroken and afraid.

Not knowing how to voice it, or what to do next.

I divorced an incredibly successful, financially astute husband—and did it incredibly well.

With kindness & compassion for each other.

Reorganised my family.
Reclaimed my life.
Healed my heart.

So, if you’re asking yourself those hard, heartbreaking questions, wondering if you will ever be okay after divorce, the answer is:

Yes, you will be too.

I cut through the noise to:

  • Focus on the future I wanted for myself and for my children

  • Develop deep, unshakeable self-confidence to make empowered decisions

  • Fully trust myself to build the life I wanted after separation

  • Create a long-term plan that richly supported me and my children

  • Communicate clearly and calmly with my ex-husband to establish a foundation for co-parenting effectively and supporting our children together.

  • Minimise the costs of divorce—emotionally, mentally, energetically and financially.

...to reclaim & liberate myself in a new chapter of my life.
